·   Working closely with Sprint local RF teams to meet and exceed the multi-band networks KPI targets.

·   Market level daily OSS KPI monitoring and analysis, investigating issues, proposing RF solution and executing optimization actions to improve KPI and meet and exceed targets.

·   LTE 1900, LTE 2.5, LTE 800 pre and post launch technical support

·   Global network parameters (Fax flash) analysis, recommendation, implementation and monitoring.

·   LTE Layer management analysis and parameter tuning to balance traffic between two 5MHz FDD carriers and one 20MHz TDD carrier.
